what to expect during coaching

While every college coaching session is tailored to the individual, students can expect one-on-one support focused on achieving meaningful goals through a collaborative and supportive process.

It begins with a free 30-minute consultation where we’ll talk through your current challenges, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether coaching is the right fit for your needs.

Once coaching begins, sessions are offered virtually and typically held weekly to support consistency and accountability. For students who need additional support, whether during the early stages of coaching or more demanding times in the semester, twice-weekly sessions are also available. Sessions are scheduled based on availability and can be booked here.

Commitment & Pricing

In my professional experience, a 12-week commitment of weekly 50-minute sessions provides the most effective foundation for lasting growth. That said, I understand that every student’s needs and circumstances are different. I offer a variety of coaching plans and payment options to help make support accessible.

Each session includes 50 to 75 minutes of one-on-one coaching, unlimited email support between sessions (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific), a review of any assessment documents, and one free consultation with another member of your support team if needed. Additional consultations beyond the first will be billed separately.
